Casting Norma Jeane; A Starlet is Transformed Into Marilyn MonroeCasting Norma Jeane; A Starlet is Transformed Into Marilyn Monroe by James Glaeg

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This biography is of how Norma Jeane became Marily Monroe, told from a different perspective. While this was an interesting book, I found the story a bit rushed and as such left me with more questions than answers. I would have liked more details.

Super Brain: New Breakthroughs for Maximizing Health, Happiness, and Spiritual Well-BeingSuper Brain: New Breakthroughs for Maximizing Health, Happiness, and Spiritual Well-Being by Rudolph Tanzi

This was a complimentary ARC from Goodreads for review.
Super Brain is a self help book that was pleasantly easy to read. It was not weighed down by a lot of clinical terms but simply explain in laymen terms. The widely published authors, Deepak Chppra, M.D., & Rudolph E. Tanzi, Ph.D., have written a very informative book on the various aspects of the brain and how to transform the way in which we process anxiety, depression and other challenges we may face.
The reader will come away being more informed and have a better understanding the way to best counter act these situations in our day to day lives.

I received this Novel 11/5/2012 from Bethany house publications

A wonderful novel by Elizabeth Camden. This story has it all, love and loss, fear and hope, and a search of purpose. The strength and resolve of Lydia's courageous journey is so well written, you can't help being swept away. One of the best historical romances I've read in a very long time. You will not be disappointed.
I look forward to this authors next novel with great anticipation.
